Warranty Process

Note: Our 1-Year-Warranty coverage includes: abnormal product function and non-human-caused physical damage. If your condition does not fall into one of these classifications or has exceeded the warranty period, then we are unable to provide the warranty. However, we can still provide you with technical support for your product issue.

How to Claim Warranty

Create a Support Ticket

Write to support@gamesir.sa with the following information:

  • Product name
  • Detailed description of the product issues
  • Demonstrative video clearly showing the product issues
  • Troubleshooting steps you've already tried
  • Screenshot of your order with order number indicating the platform you purchased from

Including all this information will help us speed up the process.

Our support team will investigate your ticket and respond to you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays, UTC/GMT+03:00 (Riyadh Time), From Saturday to Thursday).

We may provide further troubleshooting suggestions to try and resolve your issue.

Feedback on Troubleshooting

If the troubleshooting steps we provided don't work for your case, please send us detailed feedback and your troubleshooting attempts in a video.

Warranty Activation

After we confirm that your product is faulty and cannot be fixed by troubleshooting, we will ask for your shipping information to deliver a new replacement product to you.

You don't need to return the faulty unit back to us.
