Saudi E-Commerce Law & Executive Regulations

GameSir.sa fully complies with the Saudi E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree No. M/126) and guarantees the following consumer rights:

✓ Receive your order within the estimated delivery timeframe
✓ Receive products in good condition, matching the description on the store
✓ Receive a tracking number via SMS/email once your order is shipped
✓ Know the name of the shipping carrier handling your delivery
✓ Receive an electronic invoice with order details and shipping charges
✓ Cancel your order before shipment and receive a full refund
✓ Refuse delivery if the outer packaging is visibly damaged
✓ Receive a replacement or refund if the product is damaged during transit

⚠ Be available or authorize someone to receive the shipment at the specified address
⚠ Inspect the outer packaging upon delivery and report any visible damage immediately

Major Cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam) 2–3 Business Days	Other Regions 3–5 Business Days
Shipping Cost Free	International Shipping Available Subject to any additional fees within the client's country.

⚠ Business days are Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays). Deliveries may be delayed during peak seasons and promotions.

If an order is returned without a specific reason, the customer is responsible for both the outbound and return shipping costs.
Please note that the cost per shipment is 25+25 Riyals.
